Abby has been great in keeping me motivated. We only meet twice a week, but she still tailors my workouts for the rest of the week. Each workout is different with new exercises for each body part. Abby really gets creative by utilizing the equipment that I have at my house. I certainly am getting better workouts than I do at the gym!
